Hi folks if you are working with virtual environment running on Virtual Box on your Linux Machine . you had got the error E_FAIL (0x80004005) when you turn on your Virtual Box . I recently caught up with this error . I just google it with the following error “ VirtualBox 0x80004005 “ I got a lots on search results . All results end up in one thing is that The Vbox image is not Inaccessible by the Virtual Box Application so here is the thing.

In my case I just installed 2 Virtual machines called Xubuntu Linux and Windows Xp and set up the default Vbox image path to another drive of my system. so when I restarted machine or turned on the Machine the Next day and Trying to Start the Virtual Box Show the error with the Path which says _ Runtime error opening ‘/media/alex/98eac06e-926045e1-90a3-c50e3045ee51/Virtualbox VMS/ Windows Xp/ Windows Xp.vbox for reading:-102(File Not found) . The thing is that the Vbox image in that drive is not automatically mounted on my linux machine and the Virtual Box Showing Inaccessible message under the VM Name .
Solution : Mount the Drive containing the Vbox Image and reopen the Virtual Box Problem will be Fixed.
