When we are using windows suddenly the windows crashes , The number one reason is the hardware conflict. This error occurs due to the hardware devices in the computer gets conflicts with other hardware devices I/O ports Or Due to the Suitable Driver Files is Missing. Each of the devices communicates through an interrupt request channel (IRQ). this must be unique for each device. For Example : when each devices connected to the computer shares the same I/O ports as an another device this would lead to hardware conflict.
To Check the Hardware conflict you need to do the following Steps :
First go to Start >
Then Click Control Panel >
Then Click Hardware and Sound >
Then Click Device Manager >
Next the Device Manager Windows Will open >>
Next Image You can see yellow icon “ ! ” marked as “unknown device ” this symbol appears when the device is not working properly or the installed software is not compactible with it.
Click on the Device shown in yellow color , Then Right click on it click properties
Next You Can See The Properties of the Device. in the Device Status You can see exactly what is the problem . in the below image you can see that there is a message show in the Device Status “ The drivers for this device is not installed and show error (code 28)” .
Next You need to Press Update Driver for installing the Driver for the device.
there are two options you can see
1. Search Automatically for updated driver software (choose this if you have an internet connection ).
2. Browse my computer for driver software. ( If you have the driver files on you computer select the Drivers files containing folder manually.)
After installing the suitable driver files everything will be fine No more crashes no more worries.
