This Problems is occur Due to the Missing of the Driver File OR You need to install the driver if the Driver CD is given with the Keyboard else you need to follow the step.
Reinstall the Drive Files or Update it .Just Follow the step.
Click Start.
Click Control Panel.
Click on the View By:Category is default selected You need to click and Select Large Icon.
Then You will get the Classic view of control panel you need to click on the Keyboard.
Then A POPUP window Appear Named " Keyboard Properties " Click on the Hardware .
Next Click On Properties.
Then a POPUP window appear Keyboard Device Properties . Click on the Driver.
Then Click On Update Driver.
Then A Popup Window Appear Update Driver Software. You need to Choose Automatically install or manual install. If you have internet connection you need to choose the first one . if not you need to install the driver software manually Locate the Folder or Dive where Driver File is kept.
If any Dialogue Box Appear to Restart the System Click Yes.
After Restart the Keyboard will working fine ..!!
