Quick Access is the new replacement of the File Explorer , Quick Access Show recently used files and folder. If you Don't Want to See the Recently Uses folders,Files.? Here is the Few things you might do to turn it off.
Open File Explorer > Switch to View Tab > Click on Option > Click on Change Folder and Search Options> in General tab Select "Open File Explorer to this PC " > in General tab Uncheck the Options under Privacy setting >Click Apply.
