Check which application is taking too much space of your Hard disk in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, there is a Option in the Settings That Let you know Which app uses most space on Hard disk and you can even Search,Sort and Filter by Drive. or You Can move an app,Uninstall apps.
Goto Settings>System>Apps & Features.
